EDUCATION

Strategic Chapter Direction/Statewide Outreach

BOARD CONTACT:

Determines overall educational vision for the chapter, organizes two satellite meetings, and masters level programming.

Work directly with VP of Education based on program timing and volunteer needs.

Monthly Programming

Develops and executes 10 monthly meeting programs. Roles include speaker and venue selection, session format, and all logistical coordination.

Committee meets monthly and each member serve as the lead contact for one program per year.

The membership committee works directly to recruit new members, retain current members, and reward and recognize our volunteers.

Responsible for planning the July annual awards dinner and promoting chapter's awards and scholarship. Committee plans 1-2 membership appreciation events annually.

Committee members dedicate an hour a week to annual awards program tasks from Jan-July. Most of the committee's activity is from April-July.

Public Relations/ Marketing

Strategic Partners

Administers the chapter's strategic partnership program. Tracks and ensure all sponsor benefits are fulfilled. Organizes two auctions and two events to raise funds.

Committee members meet monthly and spend an hour weekly contacting current and potential chapter partners. Subcommittee involvement opportunities include silent auctions, mid-year event, and raffle.

Golf

Organizes annual golf outing including sponsorship solicitation, site organization and promotion of event.

Event is held in June. Committee time is needed March - June to promote and produce golf event.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Organizes the CMP study group and promotes professional designations and MPI Career Pathways programs.

Meets based on CMP/CMM study group schedule.

CrossConnect

Event is held in March. Committee time is needed throughout the year to produce conference.

Green Committee

The Nominating Committee is the grouping of volunteers that coordinate and move along the election/selection process for future officers and board members.
