Time:  8:15 a.m. Registration and Networking; 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Breakfast and Program; 11:00 a.m. Golfer Registration; 11:50 a.m. Golf Outing Announcements; 12:00 p.m. Shot Gun Start; awards dinner following play

Cost:  Breakfast and Golf Outing - $110 member; $120 nonmember; $430 foursome (prices increase after Sept. 9)

Breakfast Program Only:  $30 members; $50 nonmembers (prices increase after Sept. 9)

Golf Outing Only:  $90 individual player; $350 foursome (prices increase after Sept. 9)

At this session we will discuss the following challenges of annual events:

  • How we keep up the momentum
  • How we build initial success
  • How we retain sponsors and secure new ones
  • How to energize volunteer committees
  • How to sell tickets to events that happen year after year

Ellen Saul will share her expertise as President of Maribeth Smith & Associates since 1994.  As President, she organizes and oversees every aspect of planning large scales events including:  NCAA Final Four Men's Basketball Championships (1991, 1997, 2000, 2006); Lucas Oil Stadium Grand Opening; National FFA Convention (2006-2009); Marion County Public Library Grand Opening

Step up to the tee and join us for the 7th Annual Golf Outing.  Join us as an individual golfer or as a foursome.  Invite your clients and friends.  Players of all skill levels are welcome!
